Trail Ride Preparation & Requirements

FLY-N-HI Offroad is bringing you another Amazing Adventure, this is an Intermediate event for jeeps with 37'' and larger tires with front and rear lockers! Body armor and a good set or rock sliders are recommended.

FLY-N-HI OFFROAD will once again be Racing in King of the Hammers 2026, the 20th Anniversary of the Event! We are going to do a Sunday Trail ride and show you some of the trails we race on race day.

With normal Trail rigs this will take most of the day what we race in a hour! Min requirements are 37'' Tires and front and rear lockers, trail tools and spares. 1 Ton axles recommended

FLY-N-HI OFFROAD is bringing you another BEGINNER trail ride exploring the AZ desert and mountains surrounding Vulture Mine AZ.

This trail does have some small technical sections that can be challenging for stock vehicles however we can get any 4x4 through this trail!

This will be a 6 hour trail including a stop for lunch!

FLY-N-HI OFFROAD is leading a 3-day Spring Break camping trip to the Sierra Ancha Wilderness, this will include over 100 miles of offroad driving, Exploring caves, Indian ruins and rivers. Hiking, camping and relaxing in a beautiful area of AZ!

 FLY-N-HI OFFROAD Axle Alley Rock Crawl is an Intermediate - Difficult rock trail. This is for the big boys; we will likely run other rock trails in the area depending on group size! This is not a Daily Driver street jeep trip!

Please have a minimum of 37s, lockers, body armor, ect. Body damage possible on these trails.

Beginner Run

We will be meeting at 8am at the Bumble Bee air down spot, Maps will be attached. We will run up the creek and end up in Cleator at the Cleator Yacht club 

FLY-N-HI Offroad Sunflower Mine Intermediate Run. We will likely be on trail for this event for 4-6 hours. Be sure to bring lunch, lots of water and snacks. Please download trail maps, have GRPM Radio channel 14

This will be a smaller group than our normal runs however we do have minimum requirements. Please have the following to attend this event:

GO TOPLESS DAY, May 16th 2026. Celebrate your love of Jeeps by taking the most scenic roads with your friends!

We will meet at GoldField Ghost town at 10am for a 2 hour drive one way on mixed dirt roads, washes and gravel to Apache Lake Marina and Resort. We have the bar and grill expecting us for lunch and drinks with a beautiful view.

After lunch you can continue down the Apache Trail or turn back to town.

This is a ALL EXPERIENCE LEVEL Trip, anyone 

Extreme Rock Crawl

NO FULL BODY RIGS, CRAWLERS ONLY!

One of our favorite beginners offroad trips is to Sheep's Bridge, AZ. This is not a difficult trail, but it offers water crossings, a beautiful scenic trip and a fun dip in the Verde River for a BBQ at the half way point.

This is a 6-8 hour trip, We will hang at the river, we will have a big pop up for shade and the water is nice. FLY-N-HI Offroad will provide a BBQ lunch before we head back to town.

FLY-N-HI Offroad Jeep Trip to Rolls OHV East, Saguaro Lake to cool off in the water! BBQ at the lake for lunch.

OnX Offroad rates this Trail a 6 out of 10, we consider the terrain acceptable for Beginner/ Intermediate rigs and drivers.

FLY-N-HI Offroad Jeep Trip, Beginner run from New River Trail to 7 Springs, AZ. This is a fun trail that stock jeeps can handle. Its a beautiful landscape with a treat of 7 springs creek at the end of the trail.

We will meet at the Shell Gas Station in New River off the I-17, The trail will take most of the day with a big group, we will stop for lunch and grill up some food!

FFLY-N-HI Offroad Intermediate Jeep Trip, North of Lake Pleasant near China Dam and Cow Creek is a old trail we ran years ago now called Locker Ridge. 

Front and Rear lockers will be required for this event!

We will have lunch on the trail, pack for a day trip bring LOTS of water since it will be hot.

Full Day trip, OnX offroad rates this trip a 4 out of 10, stock jeeps can do this trail.

Planning event now, Invite only event. We will Drive to Rubicon Trail Wednesday the 23rd, wheel Rubicon for 2-3 days then head to Fordyce Trail for a day and a half. 

We will drive home on the 28th!

FLY-N-HI Offroad Beginner/ Intermediate Trail, OnX rates it a 7, however we have taken stock jeeps through it before. There are large ledges and some big rocks throughout the trail. We are not setting requirements for the trail however a stock jeep may have some challenges!
